Louis Kobolt, son of Michael and Eva (Schechinger) Kobolt, was born in Bavaria, Germany in 1866, and died in 1946. His wife, Bernadine (Hesse) Kobolt, came from Michigan, and was born in 1868, and died in 1953.
Mr. and Mrs. Kobolt were the parents of four children. Mary married John Schmitz. Lena married Joe Goeser . Anna was single. Louis married Mathilda Hoffmann.
They lived near Westphalia until 1900, then moved to a farm northeast of Panama. In 1919 they retired to Panama. Louis was janitor for many years atSt. Mary's Parish in Panama.
