My source, her second cousin twice removed, who still lives in Germany, says Bernadina was born in 1879 in Ober-Neger, Olpe, Westfalen, Germany. She had an aunt Christina Josepha Rosenthal b. 11 Feb. 1846 in Ober-Neger. Her other aunt Maria Josepha Rosenthal was born 25 Jan 1841.
