Caspar Boberg came over on the ship "Atlantic" from Bremen and Southampton to NEW YORK on 9/26/1866. He was a 22 yr old male and a "joiner". He was not in the Pa census of 1870....

The date of his intention was 3/11/1872, and his naturalization was 10/4/1876 in Allegheny County in Pittsburgh. Sponsor was Henry Schmidt, who also sponsored George Kratz, a German whose date of intention was 11/7/1874 and naturalized 9/24/1878, and also Andrew Miller (DI 5/29/1876, Nat: 9/2/1878) and Geo Walther (DI 11/4/1872, Nat: 10/28/1878).
